Delivery

United Kingdom

All UK mainland deliveries are free on orders over £250. Orders under £250 or from other areas of the UK (Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of White, Scottish offshore etc) will incur a small charge.

Ireland

We currently ship to the Irish republic for an additional charge.

European Union

We additionally ship to a number locations outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland, including Paris, Lille, Brussels, Rotterdam, the Hague, and Amsterdam. For a full list please email our customer services department below.

Our couriers

UK Feature Walls use their own couriers to dispatch within the mainland, and a sister company for our Irish deliveries.

Bigger orders will be sent by an external pallet delivery force, which is also in house. However, for orders abroad we partner with local couriers and dispatch firms to send your order.

Whichever method we employ will be fully communicated prior to dispatch by our customer services teams.

Your order

When you place an order with UK Feature Walls you will be given an order number, this confirms your order has reached our depot and is in the process of being facilitated.

Once an order has been processed you will get a scheduled delivery date and it is important to ensure that you have someone who can take charge of the delivery and sign for it when it arrives. If we have to arrange redelivery because no one was home during an attempted delivery, there will be a rebooking fee of £100.

Also please note that our deliveries are only dispatched at the kerbside and will not be delivered to the door. You will need to ensure there is someone who can carry the order from the kerbside to your door, or the place you want to put it.

All our deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday only. When we have received your order, we will process it and get you your delivery date.

A little nearer to that time a member of our team will text you with an estimated two-hour delivery slot. We will also endeavour to contact you just prior to our courier arriving as well.

Changing your timeslot

If a time or date is inconvenient for you, we will endeavour to change it – once you have a delivery slot simply email customer services to amend the timeslot.

After sales care

After your delivery we would request that you immediately check your order, to ensure that it is correct and in tip top condition.

If there are any problems, we will be happy to assist you and send replacements as necessary, however any issues after five days of delivery may be subject to our discretion.

Refunds and cancellations

If within fourteen days of you ordering from us you change your mind, you can cancel free of charge with no obligation.

After that orders might be subject to a booking fee of approximately 20% of your order.

Any faulty goods will be refunded or replaced within this time.
