Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we only ship to UK addresses.

I'm looking to return an item. How do I do this?

We advise you to let us know you want to return goods before actually doing so. If you want to return something for any reason, get in touch and we can talk you through our returns procedure.

How do I install the tiles?

We provide everything you need to install the products we provide through our website. We also have a few guides to help you with installation and correct usage of our products here.

If you are not confident in fitting the products, we recommend seeking a qualified professional to undertake the installation so that your feature wall tiles are fitted safely and securely.

Which payment methods are available?

At present, you are able to checkout using PayPal or using your credit / debit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal checkout option - simply select guest checkout when redirected to PayPal and proceed as normal using your chosen card.

Where is my order?

Can I use the feature wall tiles outdoors too?

Most of our feature wall tiles are suitable for use both indoors and outdoors due to them being weatherproof (frost, uv-rays, etc.).

Do you send out samples of the feature wall tiles?

We certainly do! If you can't make your mind up between a few tiles, just order a few samples here and we'll send them out as soon as possible for you. All the samples are sent with Royal Mail on a First Class service.
